Title: Poor Tire Service
Comments: I stopped to get a tire replaced at the Santa Neilla TA and it took over two hours for a 15 min. job. The service was very poor and lacking in customer satisfaction. When I spoke to the Shop Manager, he acted like it was no big deal and walked off. While I understand every one has a time line for their job, I think they should consider the constrictions that a Truck Driver is under as well. I would not recommend this Travel Center to anyone.
