Posted on 08/07/16 by: Billy Title: Driver Comments: These people are the worst ever i questioned a tech about a pm service i had done on my lonestar,because i watched from the outside,and seen items not done that i asked about. Didnt say anything to him when he lied and said it was done. I went in to tell the service counter person it wasnt done, then the tech came in and said sure ill do it and show you, as soon as we walked outside away from the boss he got in my face and told me to go screw myself and never question him again then walked off i went inside to tell the counter guy that id rather just leave when said tech came back in the back door of the shop and said he refused to finish my trk because i called him a n-word as he tried to explain that he had done the work,which never happened. I was then told to just take my trk and leave then the cops show up because i did get a little loud about having to pay full price for an incomplete service so i agreed. Then the cops left and low and behold my bill jumped from 265 for the service to over 300 dollars then when i went to back out i saw half my 1/4 fender flap laying on the floor i went on and backed my truck out then got out to inspect it. The childish tech had went back out and ripped half of both my flaps off of my truck i went in told the manager she said theres nothing she can do they are not responsible for it.
