Comments: We want to thank two gentlemen who helped us make temporary car repairs on September 14, at the 218 truck-stop at the south edge of Floyd. Phone calls were made trying to find repair parts, no parts we found, we proceeded on our trip with a plastic tape repairs to a heater hose line. Neither gentlemen would accept any money; they gave us a pail and plastic jugs of water for the radiator. We were able to continue on our trip and reached Osage in time for a family baby shower. In Osage, more plastic tape was added to the cracked heater hose fitting and we returned safely to Monticello later in the day.
Thank you to those two gentlemen in Floyd and anyone who has ever stopped to assist a stranger. Thanks Again,
